GROW engages in interdisciplinary research to identify the varied causes of a social problem, and evolves innovative approaches to formulate solutions to address the issue. GROW actively engages with civil society organizations to ensure that these solutions attain fruition.
We proactively identify priorities which warrant our involvement in our country and approach problems after devising a sound solution based on research and stakeholder consultations. Our linkages with government officials, research-institutions, not-for-profit organizations, self-help groups, academic institutions, funding organizations, and the industry support our projects and activities and increase aid-effectiveness.

C2P Education Policy: The C2P (Child to Parent) Education Policy aims at the betterment of an entire family. In a society which has revered education from the elders, we believe that an educated child can also educate his/her parents and family members. An educated, holistically well-developed child uplifts the entire family not only economically, but also socially.
Empowering Women: We create a safer environment for women to exist and develop themselves in, and provide opportunities for the increased economic, social and political participation by women. An empowered woman makes a significant contribution to both her home, and country. Research activities are being undertaken on sexual offender management and reproductive health.
